Hey I’m Kristen, living my life to the fullest St. Albans, England. Originally from the Great White North, I’ve traded in my toque and snow boots for wellies and umbrellas. I began my culinary journey as many of us do, in my mother’s kitchen. From there I went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu in London, after which I worked in 5 star hotels and under Michelin starred Chefs. Creating and innovating are my passion.
